The Aim
The Career Chat was started to close the gap between education and the real professional world. Lots of people get different ideas of what a career they are trying to pursue is like, while the reality on the ground may differ a lot from that. These sessions host professionals from various career fields and they share their experiences on the job, the challenges, and advice on how to excel in those fields as well. The sessions are held live on the Magnolia Community Instagram and Facebook pages.
